KEITH ZOLLMAN

Registered architect, registered contractor and owner of Scottsdale Design Build, Keith Zollman has been involved in design and construction for over 20 years. He approaches each project with both an eye for beauty and a passion for problem solving. His specialty as an architect and contractor is finding ways to infuse each project with a uniqueness that sets each space apart, making it a joy to be in.

Keith is also NCARB certified, which enables him to quickly obtain licensure to practice architecture in any state, Canada, Mexico, and nearly any other country in the world.

An alumnus of the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design, Keith has degrees in both Architecture and Fine Art, and in his spare time loves to draw and paint.

MAGGIE KEASLER

As a registered architect, Maggie Keasler is energized by opportunities to help others shape their ideas and visions into reality. She brings an element of the unexpected to functional design and enjoys taking a raw material and turning it into something beautiful. She works alongside Keith, assisting with design development and preparing construction documents.

A native of the valley, Maggie studied at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and the Danish Institute for Study Abroad in Copenhagen. In addition to architecture, Maggie enjoys playing soccer, cycling and hiking.

ANNA ZOLLMAN

Also an alumna of the Rhode Island School of Design, Anna Zollman assists Scottsdale Design Build with all of their graphic and web design needs. When not working she enjoys drawing, painting, sewing, ballroom dancing, reading, and watching obscure British television shows. She also loves to travel, be outdoors, and spend time with her family.
